“The hotel itself is very good with a nice (but smallish) swimming pool area and access to an excellent beach/cove which is very safe and pleasant to swim in. The food at the restaurants is of high quality. The two key things that let the hotel down were: a) the lack of communication from the main reception staff - I enquired about several things (boat trip and external restaurant bookings) and never heard back even after chasing; b) the attention and quality of the staff at the beach……

“The location and staff were amazing. It looked like the hotel was in the process of some minor renovations which may have contributed to the the aesthetics of the upstairs common area. Unsecured Wi-Fi is always a concern. But overall, we would absolutely stay there again.”
